How the SVS Press Book Club Works

When you join the SVS Press Book Club, you will automatically receive every eligible new SVS Press title as it is released.

Unlike a typical subscription service, there is no monthly payment. Your credit card is only charged when a Club shipment is prepared and mailed.

Your credit card will be charged 75% of the book’s list price (a 25% discount) (plus applicable sales tax), and the book will be shipped to you with free shipping. Your credit card is only charged when a Club shipment is prepared and mailed. There is no long-term commitment—membership may be canceled at any time.

Rather than shipping each book individually, Club books are usually grouped into several shipments throughout the year (typically around five or six shipments annually), depending on when titles become available for this special prerelease to Club members.

Many titles are shipped to Club members before they are available for purchase to the general public, giving members early access to new releases.

All books will be shipped no later than the time they become publicly available.

Additional Benefits for Club Members

In addition to receiving new titles automatically, Club members enjoy several additional benefits:

Extra Discounts During Major Sales

Club members enjoy additional promotional offers and exclusive discounts throughout the year.

Free Shipping on Orders Combined with Club Shipments

When placing orders on svspress.com, you may select “Add to my next Press Club shipment” during checkout.

This allows you to receive free shipping on those items when they ship together with your next Club package, even if the order would normally be below the free-shipping threshold.

Year-End Store Credit

At the end of each calendar year, Club members receive 10% of all SVS Press purchases (including Club shipments and other orders) as store credit, usable toward any printed in-stock SVS Press book.

Welcome Credit for New Members

To celebrate the launch of the SVS Press Club, the first 100 new members may select any in-stock SVS Press printed book to receive with a $25 welcome credit.

When you sign up, you may indicate the title you would like on the signup form.

That book will be included with your first Club shipment, and the $25 credit will be applied at that time. If the book costs more than $25, the remaining balance will be charged when your first shipment is processed.
