Great Introduction to Orthodoxy
My wife and I are new to the Orthodox Faith, and this series of books has been extremely helpful in developing our understanding of Orthodoxy.

Fr Hopko’s 4 volume set “The Orthodox Faith”
Anyone who’s listened to any of Fr Thomas’s 600 podcasts know what a wonderful lecturer he was. He’s an equally wonderful writer! The first volume is entitled “Doctrine and Scripture.” The author does a beautiful job in keeping the reader riveted to the subject… forgive me if I use the word “entertained”.
Let’s just say it could have been entitled “Everything you wanted to know about Orthodoxy… but were afraid to ask!”. -
Fr. Hopko brings faith to life

Excellent introduction to the Orthodox Faith
This 4-volume set is a very comprehensive work on Orthodox Christianity. The volume on Church History was my favorite. I have used this set to teach an "Orthodoxy 101" class at both my previous parish and current parish. Highly recommended!

Orthodox Faith 4-Volume Set
This is the prefect set for people who are new to Orthodoxy and are wanting a simple explanation of what we believe. It's also a great resource for cradle Orthodox who want to learn more about their faith. It's easy to read. Fr Tom did an excellent job breaking down difficult concepts to their bare bones and making things accessible to anyone. Cannot recommend this set enough!
